Xenia Dula - Associate Regional Vice President
Xenia joined HelmsBriscoe in 2009 after deciding she needed a career change. After several years of experience as a tour guide, she joined the market leader among the tour operators - TUI Germany/TUI Service AG, where she worked for 11 years in different positions and gathered a wealth of expertise in customer service, managing & training of the service team, product & quality management and hotel contract negotiations.
Joining HB created the perfect way to work within a global environment, to connect with poeple and hotels all around the world and to put her international experience together with the powerfull resources of HB for the benefit of her Croatian and international clients.
Xenia strongly believes that trust, transparency, professionalism and teamwork are the keys to a successful relationship.
In accord with your wishes and specific requests, she will make every effort to give you the best possible service and support in order to find the right venue for your next meeting - anywhere in the world.
She has travelled extensively and enjoys exploring new places and properties. She speaks 5 languages - English, German, Croatian, Italian, and Slovenian and lives with her husband in Croatia on the beautiful peninsula of Istria.
