Vanessa joined HelmsBriscoe in 2009 as Manager, Global Accounts, and is proud to represent the global leader in meeting procurement. Her dual background in hotel sales and event planning is a great asset to her career with HelmsBriscoe. This experience creates confidence in both her clients and the facilities being considered for all types of programs and events around the globe. Her extensive background has given her great insight for clear and concise understanding; passing this information to her clients for ease of negotiating contracts, banquet space, and offsite venues. Vanessa's passion, enthusiasm, and determination for delivering outstanding service makes for building long-lasting relationships.

Vanessa has over 30 years of industry experience working within numerous departments of independent boutique and chain hotels, including front desk, banquets, sales, and as an event planner for the US headquarters of an international company. Her love of the industry and striving for her clients to shine has proven successful as she continues to reach HelmsBriscoe's President's Club status annually since 2014. When not working for her clients, Vanessa heads outdoors with a camera or gardening gloves in hand. She graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology and resides in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, with her husband, two boys, and numerous dogs and cats.
