Vanessa Joyce joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2019. Based out of Houston, Texas, Vanessa is customer-centric, team-oriented, and has a background in restaurant food and beverage management. Her attention to detail, superb organizational expertise, and knack for sincere and personalized service, are all skills that make her a great asset to her clients.
Vanessa graduated first in her class at FIZO - Sao Paulo, Brazil, with a B.S. in administration and foreign trade. Her communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish and English allow her to represent her clients globally. With more than 10 years of hotel experience, she has worked in many positions, including food and beverage, sales and catering in Chicago, Florida and Texas. Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, she worked with several brands, including JW Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and Pearl. Vanessa uses her past experience to provide bespoke service to her clients, and to truly understand and anticipate their needs.
