Vilija Heinaro joined HelmsBriscoe as Meetings and Events Consultant in 2012 with 20 years of meeting and tourism industry experience. Based out of Finland and Lithuania, Vilija works with clients to book events all over the globe.
Vilija started her career while working as a Sales Manager at the biggest destination company in Lithuania, followed by becoming an entrepreneur and running her own DMC, Baltic Way. Deep knowledge of destinations, creativity, and reliability have helped her to build strong client relationships and long-standing partnerships. Vilija has always had a desire for study and self-development. She earned her Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation, and has a master's degree from Technological University. Vilija is fluent in Lithuanian, English, German and Russian.
