Vonn Dent joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2014. Based in Concord, North Carolina, she is dedicated to helping organizations place meetings, incentives and conventions in hotels globally. As an accomplished sales and marketing professional, Vonn enjoys building personal relationships with her Clients and looks forward to finding unique ways to exceed expectations. A few of Vonn’s strengths are her attention to detail, strong communication skills, a “can-do spirit,” and a genuine love for the hospitality industry. Vonn truly understands customer and supplier relationships and takes pride in supporting her Clients in achieving their goals. With more than 15 years of hospitality and travel industry experience, Vonn’s career achievements have included strong revenue growth, national and international market penetration and successful program implementation.
Prior to joining HB, Vonn was a Business Development Manager for Carlson Wagonlit Travel, a global leader specializing in business travel management. While there, she developed supplier marketing strategies and the creation, management, and optimization of all marketing activities on behalf of strategically preferred suppliers in North America and globally. Vonn holds a BA in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and has completed the Hawaii International Hotel Institute program at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
