Tracey Gilbert joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2010. With more than 20 years of experience in the meeting and event planning, Tracey previously worked for a luxury hotel, spent seven years living and working overseas in France and worked in Cyprus for a destination management company. From 1996 to 2012, Tracey planned and implemented Connect Global, a sales and marketing company for destination management companies, covering more than 25 destinations. The longevity and success of Connect Global was driven by Tracey's core values of professionalism, integrity, credibility and attention to every detail. Tracey was the 2012 a recipient of the Top Cruise Producer award, and has received multiple prestigious President's Club Awards since 2013.
With a variety of industry experience and extensive product knowledge of destinations and hotels, Tracey is able to offer a phenomenal meetings solution service to clients, executed by her professional and efficient approach. Tracey books events all over the world, for a variety of clients including IT, media, legal, finance, sports and associations. She has extensive knowledge of procurement-led procedures from working on several global accounts with a Strategic Meetings Management policy in place, helping show meeting visibility, cost savings and risk mitigation. Regular attendance at HB meetings and industry events has benefitted not only Tracey's clients, but has also resulted in strong relationships with other HB Associates globally.
