Shannon Reeder joined HelmsBriscoe in 2004 following a career as a corporate meeting planner. She enjoys bringing first hand knowledge of planning and onsite management to the site selection process to help her clients find the best possible fit for their programs. Shannon's HelmsBriscoe experience ranges from corporate clients with meetings over 500 attendees, to fraternal, religious and small sports organizations. She specializes in bringing professionalism, efficiency and attention to detail to each and every client.
Shannon grew up in Raleigh, N.C. She attended the University of North Carolina, where she majored in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. Immediately after graduating, Shannon joined a publishing company that produced conferences in the automotive industry. As the meeting planner, she planned and executed conferences around the country. Shannon was a HelmsBriscoe client herself, and after learning more about the company, she decided to make the switch and join this dynamic and exciting organization. Shannon and her husband Brad split their time between Ambergris Caye, Belize and Raleigh, NC.
