Susan joined HelmsBriscoe in 2009 as Manager, Global Accounts. Her keys to success are excellent Client service, great communication skills, understanding needs, attention to detail, a high level of professionalism and exceeding expectations. With the power of HelmsBriscoe, Susan is helping Clients to procure the best possible hotel site at the best possible price.
Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Susan was in the hotel industry for 15 years. She began her hotel career at the Fairmont San Francisco, and over the years became a Director of Sales with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Chicago. She has been recognized as a top industry professional by her peers with awards including Supplier of the Year NCCMPI, Sales Star Fairmont Hotels, and DOS of the Year at Hyatt Hotels. Susan graduated with a BA from Hartwick College, NY and a postgraduate degree from Institute Catholique in Paris, France.
