Stephanie joined HelmsBriscoe in 2012 with more than 20 years of industry experience and a reputation for service excellence. She started her luxury hotel career with the award winning Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel where she honed her attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills while working with an exclusive clientele. After fourteen years of management with the Five Star & Five Diamond resort, Stephanie was recruited to launch the Montage Hotel Company with the opening of Montage Resort & Spa, Laguna Beach. A veteran Director of Catering and Conference Services, Hotel Consultant and Meeting Planner, Stephanie shares her proven expertise and her passion for being of service with every client relationship. As an advocate for her clients, Stephanie brings integrity and genuine care into each site selection and contract negotiation.

A California native, Stephanie earned her degree in Interpersonal & Organizational Communications from California State University, Long Beach and now calls South Orange County home. She is passionate about creating balance between family life and a successful business while striving to foster the same balance for her clients.
