Susan comes to HelmsBriscoe with vast experience in sales and customer service. First in technology, training, sales and customer service; followed by account and project manager roles for vendors selling to retail giants. "Customer focus" has been the way of the world for Susan's entire career. As an attendee of countless meetings and conferences from coast-to-coast, Susan understands the importance of site selection, contract negotiation and the numerous details involved with planning and executing a successful event.
Susan has travelled extensively and has a passion for good food and restaurants. HelmsBriscoe allows Susan to fuse her love of travel and food with her strong customer service values.
