Susan Francois joined the HelmsBriscoe team in June 2013 as Global Accounts Manager. Susan enjoys collaborating with her clients to plan successful events by listening to their objectives and finding solutions to their needs. She believes being a trusted partner with your clients helps facilitate long-term relationships.
Susan has a solid background in finance, travel and management. She acquired a certificate from Travel One Travel School, studied abroad at the University of Strangers in Perugia, Italy and holds a bachelor's of science degree from the University of South Florida school of Accountancy. With over 10 years of Corporate Travel Agency experience, both domestic and international, Susan has an extensive knowledge of the industry.
