Susan Ellis joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2016. Based out of San Antonio, Texas, Susan brings a combination of innovative thinking and creative problem solving to assure that each client engagement goes smoothly from start to finish. Susan's objective is to make each site selection a seamless experience by maximizing benefits, meeting budget expectations and building long-term relationships.
Susan has more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working with InterContinental, Le Meridien Hotels and La Costa Resort and Spa. Before joining HelmsBriscoe, she was an HB client in her role as Marketing Director for a large national law firm. As a previous client, she experienced first-hand the valuable, time-saving benefits of having HelmsBriscoe assist with identifying hotel options, proposals and contract negotiations.
