Susan Arslan joined HelmsBriscoe in 2016 and is based out of Stockport, Cheshire. As Associate Regional Vice President, Susan manages her own client base, whilst also serving as part of the EMEA leadership and learning and development teams, where she contributes to the onboarding programme for new HB Associates. Susan offers her clients high-impact and business-oriented solutions, impressive negotiation skills, and successful contract management. In addition, she provides high-quality coaching and mentoring support to her team members.
With a passion for networking and impactful communications, Susan was appointed as President of the UK and Ireland Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) in July 2020 and now chairs the EMEA MPI Foundation Council. She is recognized for her ability to quickly develop effective working relationships and deliver client satisfaction, as evidenced by a portfolio of longstanding business relationships and repeat referrals. With a background in professional services, Susan prides herself on understanding her clients’ needs and delivering excellent results.
