Regan Lara joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2021. Currently based out of Sacramento, California, she has also worked in New York City and Chicago. Regan is a dedicated and enthusiastic meeting professional with a sharp eye for detail. She loves building relationships with her clients and finding creative ways to exceed their expectations.
With more than five years of industry experience, Regan has worked for the Intercontinental in both New York City and Chicago as a Senior Sales Manager. During this time, she developed incredible communication skills, mastered contract negotiation, and gained a deep understanding of high-level customer service that has prepared her for her role with HelmsBriscoe. She attended the University of Florida where she obtained a bachelor's in Business Administration and a master's in International Business. Her love of hospitality and travel also led her to study abroad in Bangkok, Thailand, and to get married in Cape Town, South Africa.
