Randy joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts, and is based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota. With experience in the hotel, meetings and conventions industry since 1987, combined with his tireless research and negotiation skills, Randy serves as a valuable resource for his Clients, saving them time and money on their meetings and events. Randy works strategically and brings a special perspective on the world at large that allows him to simplify the complexity of planning events, evaluate potential obstacles, and guide the decision-making path for his Clients toward selecting the ideal venue that optimizes their meeting objectives and lowers overall spend.
Randy brings 18 years of well-balanced experience managing hotel operations, sales and marketing, and meetings and conventions. He has extensive experience achieving his Clients’ needs through the lens of hotel operations, sales departments, and destinations. He has also negotiated a wide range of meetings in markets in the U.S and abroad. Randy supports Client organizations and staff members at all levels in their meeting planning process. He partners with corporations, associations, sports organizations, and marketing communication companies. Randy is the consummate professional who works with integrity, and he has a genuine desire to help solve problems for his Clients.
