Rob Harrison

Rob joined HelmsBriscoe in 2014 as the Associate Regional Vice President for the London & SE UK team. He is based just north of London in St. Albans, which gives him easy access to the city and towns surrounding. Rob's journey in the events world kicked off more than three decades ago in Ireland, and has taken him to roles in the UK, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, and countries in Latin America. Those international adventures taught him so much and equipped him with skills that he draws on today. He has had the privilege of leading teams at global conference management firms and local event companies in the UK and abroad. He has been involved in the organisation of some fantastic events globally. Along the way, he has invested his time in various ventures within the events industry, giving him a wealth of experience in supporting and running teams. His involvement in the industry runs deep, and he's a member of MPI and BEAM, where he is connected with fellow experts and can keep up with the evolving industry.

Rob's inspiration comes from seeing those around him succeed. He believes that with the right support and mentorship, the team can continue to grow while ensuring their clients receive top-notch service. For him, it's not about climbing a corporate ladder-it's about creating opportunities and lifting others up along the way.
