With a career spanning over a decade in the hospitality industry, Rachel Carswell is proud to have been part of the HelmsBriscoe team since 2016. She initially honed her skills as a Sales Manager at the historic Jekyll Island Club Resort before joining HB. In 2023, she achieved a significant milestone in her career, being promoted from Manager, Global Accounts to Director, Global Accounts. Her dedication and excellence in the field have been consistently recognized, having earned HB President's Club Awards since 2022. Over the years, she has curated a diverse clientele, ranging from state, regional, and national associations to corporate groups and non-profits. Clients appreciate her commitment to responsiveness, meticulous attention to detail, and transparent communication.

Beyond client relationships, Rachel has successfully forged enduring partnerships with hotel and destination partners. This ensures optimal venues and favorable contract terms and incentives for her clients. Residing on Jekyll Island in coastal South Georgia with her family, Rachel strikes a balance between work and personal interests.
