Rusty Benton

Rusty Benton joined HelmsBriscoe's corporate team as a Client Field Operations Manager in 2020. Based out of the HB headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona, Rusty is responsible for supporting all aspects of client operations, which includes establishing efficient travel processes, utilizing housing and registration technologies, and coordinating communication between HelmsBriscoe, the client, and various suppliers.

Prior to joining HB, Rusty was the Dispatch Manager for an event production company, PRO EM National Event Services. During his five-year tenure at PRO EM, Rusty led field instillation teams, dispatch operations, and warehouse staff in servicing a wide variety of events, both locally and nationwide. Prior to PRO EM, Rusty worked with non-profits managing event production and volunteer coordination. Rusty is a graduate of Xavier University with a degree in Business Management.
