Pamela H. Shepard-Henderson, CIS, CTA joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2022. Based out of Kahului, Hawaii, she helps build lasting relationships that ensure a top-quality experience for clients around the world. Her diverse business experience and proven ability to bring people together for a common goal make her uniquely qualified to fill her role. Pamela is a natural people person and will do everything in her power to provide exceptional customer service to each of her clients.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Pamela has worked in Hawaii's tourism industry as Director of Sales & Events at The Maui Tropical Plantation in Maui, and as an Account Manager at Pro Service Hawaii. During that time, she coordinated countless successful events and helped her companies remain at the top of their respective industries. Pamela is a member of Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and National Association of Catering and Events (NACE).
