Noelle Williams joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2017 and has since been promoted to a Director. Based out of Arlington, Virginia, Noelle is a former meeting planner whose number one focus is to assist her clients in finding the perfect venue for their meetings to deliver an outstanding experience that attendees will remember.
Noelle joined HelmsBriscoe from the association meeting planner industry. Throughout her 20+ years of experience, Noelle has planned some of the world's most prestigious tradeshows, with attendance ranging from 2,000 to 175,000 people. In these roles, she managed multiple aspects of planning, including negotiating citywide hotel contracts, onsite operations, logistics, and vendor management. Noelle is originally from Philadelphia and went to American University in Washington, DC. She has a minor in French and studied abroad in Brussels. She shares her home with her husband, two children, and a chocolate lab named Roxy.
