Nicole Tanguay joined HelmsBriscoe in 2013, and resides in Vancouver, Canada. As Managing Director for HelmsBriscoe, Nicole's primary role is to work closely with her clients to provide solutions and expertise in site selection and contract negotiation. She also provides leadership, support and strategic direction to the Pacific Northwest and Canadian HB teams.
Nicole joined HB with more than 18 years of city center and resort hotel experience, most recently with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. Starting her hotel career in operations, Nicole has held various sales and leadership roles in upscale properties in Vancouver and Scottsdale, most recently as National Sales Manager at The Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle, Washington. Nicole won the coveted Fairmont President's Circle distinction for six years, and was a contributing member of Fairmont's "Hotel of the Year" recognition in Seattle in 2006 and 2012. Nicole grew up in Montreal, Quebec, went to Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia. She met her husband, Adrian, in Sydney, Australia, where she lived for two years. Nicole has two children, Brett and Brooke, and she is fluent on both English and French.
