After graduating from Butler University Nancy began her hospitality career with Stouffer Hotels, followed by positions with Innisbrook Golf & Tennis Resort, Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort, the Sheraton Minneapolis Airport Hotel and others. Having served in many roles from Food & Beverage Management to Director of Sales & Catering in hotels and resorts, Nancy developed her own business, Success Strategies, in 1989, to assist small businesses with growth strategies and specialty events. Nancy left Success Strategies in 2007 to commit 100% of her energy to her new clientele with HelmsBriscoe.
As a past SME Top Recruiter, Bronze Bell award recipient, HSMAI board member and officer, MPI member and Silent Auction Chair, Nancy brings a wealth of experience, expertise and enthusiasm to the table.
