Mishel Viviano joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2016, and is based out of La Jolla, CA. Mishel epitomizes integrity, energy, hard work and excellent service in every detail of the venue sourcing experience. Whether it be a small, intimate board meeting, or a large convention, each search receives Mishel's undivided attention. She recognizes her clients have very high expectations, so she ensures she is updated on industry trends, new hotel openings and savvy negotiating tactics. Mishel grew up in the Southern California and started her sales habit at the age of 10, selling a local newspaper to her neighbors. She has continued rising early, and has since built a successful career in the hospitality industry for more than 18 years. She has experience in Las Vegas, Chicago and downtown San Diego working for Starwood Hotels and Resorts, Red Rock Resort and Spa, and The Hard Rock Hotel. Her attention to detail and professional approach establish a strong basis for the creation and maintenance of excellent client service. Mishel's sales and marketing background, coupled with her involvement in many industry-related organizations, keeps her attuned to the latest industry knowledge.
