Mike Satterfield

Mike Satterfield joined HelmsBriscoe as a Regional Director in 2002. Based out of the corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona, Mike's primary role was to cultivate and increase HelmsBriscoe's market share, in addition to being involved in recruiting HelmsBriscoe Associates on a national basis. In 2004, Mike was promoted to Regional Vice President, and later to Managing Director in 2015. Mike currently handles a diverse corporate and association account base, in addition to management responsibilities with the Arizona team. As a recipient of HelmsBriscoe's President's Club award every year since 2004, Mike was also recognized in 2007 by Hilton Worldwide as one of their Top Five Highest Producers, and by Starwood Hotels as the HelmsBriscoe Regional Vice President of the Year 2010 to 2012. In 2018, Mike received HelmsBriscoe's prestigious Master's Club award as recognition as one of the company's highest producers.

Mike is a graduate of Arizona State University, and is a veteran of the hospitality industry. With more than 30 years of experience, Mike has served in sales, marketing and operation roles for upscale resorts in Arizona and California. As Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Arizona-based Pointe Hilton Resorts, Mike was an integral part of the creation of Hilton's first multi-property centralized sales office, managing a team of 40 sales and marketing professionals.
