Michelle Ratcliffe joined HelmsBriscoe in February of 2022 as Manager, Global Accounts. Located in San Diego, California, Michelle has a thorough knowledge of both domestic and international destinations. She served her country for nine years in the United States Navy as a supply officer specializing in Supply Chain Management and Logistics. After the Navy, Michelle was an Analyst for a consulting group, where she became the driving force for positive communication and the go-to person for all client opportunities.
Michelle’s background and knowledge have perfectly positioned her for her current role sourcing and negotiating contracts for groups. Her goal is to deliver the very best value and services to her clients every time. When she is not busy building client relationships, you can find Michelle with her family, running, swimming, or chasing her three young kids. Michelle holds a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Hawaii Pacific University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations.
