Matt Concannon

Matt Concannon joined the HelmsBriscoe Corporate team in August 2015. In his role, Matt supports HelmsBriscoe Associates and clients with operational expertise to help win, retain, and grow accounts. He is a link between Associate/client and HB solution and service partners, and helps provide consulting expertise to HelmsBriscoe leadership, Associates, and Clients. Matt has expertise in meeting and event technology operations, as well as adoption and deployment for intermediary, corporate and supplier verticals. Additionally, Matt has managed strategic partnerships and alliances from inception to expansion. With a background beginning in hospitality management, specifically hotel operations and revenue management, Matt has added layers of significant growth and experience with each of his new endeavors to compliment his growing professional skill set.

Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Matt was an Intermediary Account Executive at Lanyon Inc.'s partner group. In this role, Matt was responsible for driving strategy, retention and expansion of Lanyon's key global partner relationships. Prior to joining Lanyon, Matt held multiple management positions in various capacities in the hotel and corporate housing industries. Matt also previously worked for StarCite, where he held positions as Director Supplier Sales, Supplier Account Manager, and Director International Supplier Operations. In each of these roles, Matt expanded relationships and revenues regardless of the specific market or vertical. Matt has a passion for travel, sailing on the Chesapeake Bay, painting, sculpture and photography. He currently resides in Philadelphia with his partner Alejandro and their dog Rodger.
