Melissa Caromano

Melissa Caromano joined HelmsBriscoe as Partner Operations Manager in January of 2023. Based out of the HB corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona, she will work closely with the operations and partner teams to streamline and improve the processes by which our partners interact with HelmsBriscoe.

Melissa has more than 11 years of IT industry experience, and prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, she worked at Insight as a Manager of Partner Management & Alliances. In this role, she led a team of subject matter experts to evaluate, onboard, and nurture technology partner brands alongside the sales, marketing, and product management teams to deliver growth and execute key initiatives and profitability for all parties. She graduated summa cum laude in 2013 from Arizona State University with her Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and minor in Sustainability. Melissa is eager to immerse herself in the world of hospitality and is looking forward to partnering with the worldwide team to help elevate how we bring our clients greater value when they trust HelmsBriscoe with their meeting resource needs.
