Mandi Phillips joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. Based out of Knoxville, Tennessee, she is excited to be part of a company that is well known in the event industry, reputable with major hotel brands, and truly cares about their team members. She believes having great client relationships is crucial, and she will make every effort to exceed expectations.
With more than 12 years of industry experience, Mandi has worked with top hotel brands, including Marriott and Hilton. She has held positions in sales, event coordination and management, and is highly experienced in conferences and trade shows. She has also coordinated meetings, dinners, luncheons, and public engagements for government officials in Tennessee while working at the Y-12 National Security Complex. Mandi has a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management specializing in events, as well as a minor in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. She became Social Chair of her community service sorority, which led to her changing her major to coordinate events. With her extensive background, Mandi looks forward to helping clients in her role with HB.
