Lorna Macleod joined HelmsBriscoe as Associate Regional Vice President for Scotland in September of 2020 with more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Lorna worked for several major hotel chains in both operational and sales roles. She prides herself on building strong client relationships where trust, reliability, and understanding are key factors. She has found that the key to organizing a successful event and locating the perfect venue is to listen to the specific needs of each client, while also utilizing her wealth of industry knowledge.
Lorna has travelled extensively throughout her career and has considerable destination and product knowledge. This experience, paired with her professional attitude, the drive to continually exceed client expectations, strong negotiation skills, and friendly nature, makes for a truly winning combination. Lorna was a recipient of HelmsBriscoe's Partner Hotel National/Global Salesperson of the Year award in 2019 while she was with the Radisson Hotel Group.
