Louise Heatley

Louise Heatley joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in March of 2023. She splits her time between Belfast, Northern Ireland, and her home in France. Louise enjoys building strong relationships and offers a reliable partnership approach to her clients, ensuring they find the right venue in the right location at the right price. Louise has excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a highly professional approach to work. Having been an HB client herself, she has first-hand experience of the HelmsBriscoe venue finding service. She now wants to show other event planners what a fantastic partner an HB Associate can be!

With more than 25 years of marketing and event management experience within the tourism, travel, and transport sectors in Ireland, the UK, and France, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role with HelmsBriscoe. Her recent senior leadership role as Chief Marketing & Events Officer with a global association saw her lead an international team and organize conferences in Europe, Americas, and APAC, as well as global virtual events. Louise has also held business development roles with a leading event and incentive travel company and a large events-focused hotel. She holds a degree in French, a master's in Tourism Management, and speaks fluent French.
