Lisa Baxter joined HelmsBriscoe in July of 2013 as Manager, Global Accounts. Lisa began her 18-year career in the hospitality industry with Walt Disney World in theme park operations. She moved on to Hyatt Hotels in Convention Services and transitioned to their Corporate and Association Sales Team for hotels in Orlando, Miami, and Washington, DC. She was recruited by Hilton Hotels for their Sales Team at the Washington Hilton, Capital Hilton, and finally the Hilton Americas-Houston.
With her many years of experience, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients, including hotel sales and operations experience, site selection and contract negotiations. She is extremely organized, structured, highly motivated, and pays close attention to detail. Lisa prides herself on anticipating her clients' needs and providing a level of service that will exceed their expectations. Lisa received HelmsBriscoe's prestigious award of US Hotel Sales Person of the Year during her last year at Hilton in 2012. In 2014, Lisa was recognized with the Rising Star award. She also received the HB President's Club award each year from 2014 to 2020.
