Kelly Webb - Director, Global Accounts
Kelly is a Director of Global Accounts with HelmsBriscoe. She chose to join the HelmsBriscoe team in 2004 due to their outstanding reputation in the meetings industry and to fulfill her entreprenurial career goals. Having been in the hospitality and meetings industry since 1989, she is responsible for now having earned and maintained a multitude of diverse National and International meetings accounts for HelmsBriscoe, which depend on her knowledge, resources, experience and professionalism to achieve the highest level of satisfaction possible. She has earned a position in the HelmsBriscoe President's Club for multiple years, the top 10% of the company's producers.
Prior to her extensive HelmsBriscoe experience, Kelly's other career experience includes working for Microsoft on the Executive Travel Desk as well as becoming the Lead Planner in the Microsoft Meetings Division, handling small meetings, large conferences and city-wide conventions with up to 10,000 attendees. She has also worked for Deer Valley Lodging as a Sales Manager and its parent company, Premier Resorts International, as Director of Sales. After that she gained valuable experience as an Account Executive for an Advertising and Marketing Firm where she managed, among others, a 5-Diamond Lodge and a Convention and Visitors Bureau as her account clients. Kelly lived for several years in the Middle East in her youth and has since traveled the world extensively with her passion for exploration and adventure. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with the University of Washington in Seattle, and has also held an Adjunct Professor position with Salt Lake Community College teaching Site Selection, Contracts and Law in their Meetings Certification program. With her expert experience and well-rounded background in Site Selection Services, Contracts, Lodging and Travel Management, Senior Meeting Planning, Convention Service, Sales, Marketing and Education, Kelly continually assists her clients with finding the best meeting options to fit their needs, at competitive pricing and with the most favorable contractual terms.
