Ken Stiles

Ken Stiles is a graduate of the University of Hawaii’s School of Travel Industry Management. Ken began his hotel career in 1982 with Hyatt Hotels and then joined companies such as Four Seasons Hotels, Ian Schrager Hotels, and the Leading Hotels of the World where he held Director of Sales and Marketing positions. During this time, Ken acquired the skills to lead a sales and marketing team aimed at developing and maintaining a discerning client base.

Ken’s understanding of contract negotiations and his ability to create winning solutions for all parties proved useful in his transition to HelmsBriscoe in 2002. In 2005, Ken was personally responsible for securing and managing a top revenue-producing account for 12 consecutive years. His previous hotel experience allowed him to work closely with his team and client on all high-profile events to ensure that the client continued to receive the best value through cost savings and reduced financial liability. Today, as Regional Vice President, Ken works closely with HelmsBriscoe’s corporate team and oversees a group of Associates who service one of the company’s key accounts. His tenure in the industry, particularly in the luxury segment, and his exposure to all major brands, allows Ken to leverage his relationships on behalf of his clients.
