Katie Perlin joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2017. Based out of Charleston, South Carolina, Katie enjoys nurturing client relationships and loves helping their companies thrive. Her experience and hotel brand knowledge, combined with the tools and resources available to her as a HelmsBriscoe Associate, provide a solid foundation for her clients' site selection needs. Katie takes pride in not only finding the ideal venue, but in making sure her clients are completely satisfied with their overall experience before, during and after their event.
Katie earned her Bachelor's degree in business management and marketing at Coastal Carolina University. With more than 10 years of industry experience, Katie has worked in restaurants, hotels, and at a travel agency. As a previous National Corporate Travel Manager, she assisted clients with their extended-stay travel needs, whether it was a new restaurant opening, construction project, corporate, or association meeting. In her free time, Katie enjoys traveling and cooking with her husband David, creating and sharing healthy treats, practicing yoga, and being outdoors.
