Kristin Laak joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2018. Based out of Portugal, Kristin was born and raised in Estonia, and has also lived in England and Spain. Her travel experience, combined with her 12 years of experience in the hotel industry, gives her a unique ability to advocate for her clients all over the world.
Kristin's most recent position was as Director of Sales for a 5-star luxury hotel company. She has a passion for building client relationships and exceeding expectations. Working with HB, Kristin has the ability to offer the best solutions for each of her clients' specific needs, ensuring every single program is a success.
