Karen joined HelmsBriscoe in 2006. She is willing to go the extra mile when needed, maintains a friendly attitude and knows the importance of being a team player. Not only is she efficient, but also her cheerful, can-do attitude gives her the ability to see the overall picture, rather than focusing in one area and knows how to maintain a balance. Karen also possesses the common-sense ability to solve challenges in situations where the answers are not always very obvious. Her career began in Boston, MA with Sodexho Marriott Services in Account Operations and Event Sales. She later joined Starwood Hotels in Stamford, CT as a top-producing Corporate Catering Sales Manager, which led to a promotion to Corporate Group Sales Manager. Karen's passion lies within the meeting planning industry and she knows that her vast amount of industry experience will be of great benefit to all of her clients.
