She brings her Four Seasons commitment to Customer Service and a combined 20 years of world travel, meeting planning, hotel management and hospital leadership. Kim's work experience includes the Resort at Squaw Creek in Lake Tahoe, the Four Seasons Olympic Seattle, the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, the Hotel Monaco Seattle and the Hotel Monaco Chicago, eventually representing all 5 Hotel Monacos. Her background in hotel operations, led to opportunities in Meeting Planning and On-site Meeting Coordination for the pharmaceutical industry. She has provided her five-star customer service at National and International Sales Awards Events, Product Launches, Consultant Meetings, Investigator's Meetings and Advisory Board Meetings. Most recently she shared her commitment for limitless customer service with the Healthcare Industry as the Director of Customer Service for the 4500 employee, Cooper University Hospital.
