In 2025, HelmsBriscoe’s 225th Associate, Jennifer Settle, celebrates 25 remarkable years with the company—and still feels like she’s just getting started. Over the years, she’s earned numerous accolades from HelmsBriscoe and many of the world’s top hotel brands, with her proudest achievement being her induction into the HelmsBriscoe Hall of Fame. She has served on a variety of boards and been a member of leading industry associations, including SITE, PCMA, GBTA, and MPI. She never loses her passion for what this industry can accomplish when the work is done right, and the client is truly put first.
What fuels Jennifer most is the opportunity to serve as a trusted advisor to her clients, her company, and the greater hospitality community. Alongside her peers, she stands as living proof that HelmsBriscoe is a company that truly walks the talk—for both its clients and the Associates it empowers. She believes great work comes from heart, hustle, and a little humor. Jennifer splits her time between Coronado, California, and the Hawaiian Islands with her husband, four children, and nine grandchildren—who keep her grounded, laughing, and occasionally off the grid.
