Serving as a seasoned professional, Julie wears multiple hats, taking charge of developing and training the New England team, cultivating vendor relationships, and placing paramount emphasis on client care. Julie's extensive experience spans a diverse range of accounts, including pharmaceutical, corporate, and association clients, both on a national and international scale. She excels in assisting large accounts in strategizing their Strategic Meetings Management (SMM) and sourcing needs, contributing to the creation of efficient processes. Recognizing the significance of robust professional relationships, Julie prioritizes building strong connections with her clients and hotel partners. Her proficiency in site selection and contract negotiations, coupled with an unwavering attention to detail and dedicated service, consistently earns the trust, support, and loyalty of her clients. Her commitment to professional development is underscored by obtaining the Certificate in Meeting Management (CMM) in 2014 and the Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation in 2001. For a decade, she also served on the board of directors of the New England Chapter of MPI, where her dedication to the organization earned her the Chapter Leader Award in 2004, Meeting Professional of the Year in 2009, and the President's Award in 2009 and 2022. Julie earned her degree from the University of Massachusetts, majoring in Hotel Restaurant and Travel Administration, with a minor in Japanese.
