Julie Garver joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2024. Currently based out of Marshville, North Carolina, Julie has also lived in the Dallas, Texas, area, as well as Maui, Hawaii, and Northern Virginia. Julie enjoys being able to put her years of hospitality industry experience to work assisting clients with their meeting and event venue selection needs. Her desire is to find solutions and the perfect fit for each unique meeting experience she manages.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Julie has worked at all levels of hotel and meeting venues, from select service to luxury. Julie received a “Manager of the Quarter” award while working as the Senior Conference Service Manager at a Forbes 5-star resort. Her background in conference services and sales allows her to know the right questions to ask when it comes to contract negotiations and meeting logistics. Her goal is to make the site selection and negotiation process as streamlined as possible. Julie has a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. She enjoys every aspect of hospitality and looks forward to welcoming you as a partner in meeting planning.
