Janice Figueroa Ríos joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2023. Based out of Boca Raton, Florida, she facilitates the process of sourcing ideal venues for her clients on a global scale. She is passionate about service and the industry she represents.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, she worked as a Sales Manager and in conventions services at independent, chain, and luxury hotels in Puerto Rico. She had the privilege of working in all market segments and understands that each one is unique, requiring detailed attention to ensure customized venue options and proposals are provided. She makes sure every group has a perfect experience from beginning to end by prioritizing all their preferences and needs. She speaks Spanish and English and is always enthusiastic to help in any way possible. Her knowledge and relationship with colleagues in Puerto Rico can benefit you and your meeting groups.
