Jean Boeckenhauer assumed the role of Manager, Global Accounts at HelmsBriscoe in 2018. She oversees a diverse clientele comprised of collegiate sports teams, pharmaceutical organizations, corporations, and associations. Additionally, Jean is a member of the HB Incident Response team, specializing in lodging procurement for catastrophe crews, disaster relief, and various emergency response requirements. Within this capacity, she has helped her clients source and book meetings in North America, Europe, and Asia, including the Middle East. Jean is committed to providing unparalleled service to all of her clients, regardless of size and budget.
You can think of Jean as an extension of your team. She will work closely with you to determine your meeting needs, then provide site selection, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation services, allowing you more time to focus on the strategic imperatives of your meetings. Jean is located in the Chicago, Illinois, area where she lives with her husband, son, and cat. In her free time, she raises money for pediatric bone cancer research through her family foundation, Kevin Wants a Cure.
