Jamie Brown joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2023 and is based out of Lakeland, Florida. Jamie's passion for helping others started when she majored in Hospitality at Florida State University. Later, she received her MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Jamie believes in providing excellent customer service and paying attention to the details. Before working with HelmsBriscoe, she spent 10 years with PepsiCo, which allowed her to enhance her selling and negotiating skills.
With more than 10 years of industry experience, Jamie has worked at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay as the assistant housekeeping manager and at the Westin Tampa Bay as the director of guest services. Jamie's experience at the Westin Tampa Bay allowed her to be on the opening team of the hotel, which had always been a dream of hers. When Jamie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her kids and family or relaxing on a cruise!
