Hartwig Pohlmann

Hartwig joined HelmsBriscoe in July 2005. He holds a diploma in Business Management Administration/ Transport & Tourism. In 1990, after several years of experience as a tour guide specialised in adventure and hiking trips, he joined one of Germany's most renowned and well-established incentive houses, HAGEN GmbH (at present Hagen Invent). As a project manager for HAGEN GmbH, he ran numerous incentive programmes on almost every continent, putting together sophisticated itineraries and activities for clients from various different industries. Subsequently, he took over the position of Director Incentive Travel & Events at Maritz Germany, a subsidiary of Maritz Inc., St. Louis/Missouri, before working five years as General Manager at Intercom GmbH, a German-based agency specialised on meetings, events and incentive travel. At Intercom he was responsible for quality control, coordination and production of one-time meetings and events with up to 4,000 attendees.

His worldwide knowledge of the hotel industry makes him a reliable source of information for both his colleagues and clients. What makes him stand out even more, however, is his unconditional dedication to quality and service. He makes every effort to give his clients the best possible service and support, thus enhancing their ability to achieve their goals and objectives.
