Helen Pass joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2019. Based out of Melbourne, Australia, Helen prides herself on the strong relationships she has built with her clients and contacts from around the world during her years in the hotel industry.
Helen has several decades of experience, including several senior management roles in operations, sales and marketing. She has worked on-property in Australia with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and numerous leading boutique hotels. Her areas of expertise include contract negotiations, sales, and providing outstanding customer service, especially in demanding and high-pressure situations. Helen is committed to working closely with her clients to provide successful outcomes, whilst delivering an exceptional level of service.
