Fiona Torrance

Fiona Torrance joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2023, and is based out of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK. She has returned to the hospitality industry from the motor trade, where she jointly owned and ran Scotland's largest motorcycle dealership. She is organized and detail-oriented, but more than anything else, she is a people person who believes that great service stems from understanding your customers' needs and finding innovative ways to fulfill them. She has found many kindred spirits sharing this philosophy at HelmsBriscoe.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Fiona has primarily worked as a manager on the operations side of 4 and 5 -star hotels. As a result, she has a firm grasp on what it takes to deliver the exceptional service expected and deserved by her clients. She graduated from Heriot-Watt University with a degree in Chemical and Offshore Engineering, but has always been passionate about hospitality, and found herself quickly moving into a successful career in hotel management. Fiona has extensive experience running her own business, so she understands the value of the HelmsBriscoe model in helping clients remove tasks from their to-do lists to save valuable time and money.
