Elena Giovannone joined HelmsBriscoe as Meetings and Events Consultant in 2012. Elena works closely with her clients to build long-lasting relationships, and provides expertise in site selection, destination knowledge and contract negotiations. Her clients include pharmaceutical, government, insurance and corporate organizations, and she is well equipped to assist in negotiating the best rates and conditions for their meetings. Elena is creative in finding solutions, including non-hotel venues and unique meeting options, to ensure the successful execution of her clients' meetings and events.
Prior to joining HelmsBriscoe, Elena worked for more than 20 years in the tourism industry for tour companies based in Rome and Milan. During this time, she worked as a booking agent and planning manager for individuals and groups within Europe and abroad. Elena is fluent in both Italian and English, and looks forward to using her industry experience, flexibility, and tenacity to provide the best experience possible for her clients.
