Dianna Spina

Dianna Spina, CMP joined HelmsBriscoe with 16 years of industry experience. Prior to joining HelmBriscoe, she gained invaluable experience as a meeting planner, hotel director of sales and marketing, catering/convention services manager, and as an adjunct professor shaping the minds of potential meeting professionals. In the hotel sales realm and also as a meeting planner, Dianna developed strong negotiation skills that enable her to effectively provide value to her HelmsBriscoe clients while still maintaining a positive relationship with the industry suppliers. Her attention to detail, extensive industry knowledge and negotiating finesse combined with HelmsBriscoe’s cutting edge tools allow Dianna to become an invaluable resource for her clients.

Dianna holds a BS in Hospitality Management from University of Kentucky and a Master of Hospitality Administration from University of Nevada-Las Vegas. During her career, she has held various managerial and executive level positions with leading industry brands, including Hyatt, Hilton and Intercontinental Hotels. She also has extensive experience planning association, corporate, educational, fraternal, religious, government and sports team market conferences and meetings. Dianna attained her CMP in 2003 and has served on the board of Kentucky Bluegrass Chapter of MPI since 2010.
