Debbie Hershfield joined HelmsBriscoe as Manager, Global Accounts in 2023. Based out of Akron, Ohio, Debbie has worked in the events industry for over 12 years. As a former client of HelmsBriscoe, she relied on HB to assist in the process of searching for the best venues, securing excellent room block rates, and conducting skilled contract negotiations. With Debbie's knowledge and understanding of the details necessary to produce a stellar event, combined with the resources and expertise of HelmsBriscoe, she looks forward to providing her clients the same excellent level of service and support that she relied on from HelmsBriscoe.
Prior to joining HB, Debbie worked with Crain Communications as Events and Marketing Director and Director of Trade Shows. The experience of producing conferences, trade shows, receptions, and other events-both in the US and internationally-makes her well suited to serve customers of HelmsBriscoe. Debbie graduated with a bachelor's degree from University of Florida and a master's degree from Barry University. She is a member of Women in Exhibitions Network and enjoys attending IMEX and Expo! Expo!, as well as IAEE's Women's Leadership Forum.
