Désirée joined HelmsBriscoe in 2024, and is proud to be part of the top site selection company in the world. She is based in Heemstede, located 25 km from Amsterdam, and is a graduate of the Hotel School in Heerlen. After graduation, she started her career at Holiday Inn Paris. After a year and a half, she returned back to The Netherlands where she worked in commercial positions for Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam, SRS Hotels, Steigenberger Reservation Service, and Bilderberg Hotels. After that, she started her own organization, representing many luxury international hotel companies.
Désirée’s strong background in hotel and corporate sales, marketing, conferences, and events gives her the knowledge and professionalism to meet and exceed the expectations of both clients and suppliers. She is fluent in English, French, and Dutch and comfortable speaking German. With the ability to negotiate the best contractual conditions, and armed with HelmsBriscoe’s robust buying power, Désirée is very dedicated to achieving her clients’ goals and objectives.
